From the first sip a delicious and ever-present biscuity malt character grabs the taste buds, then slowly fades to allow the very, very impressive 34 IBU hop bitterness to linger on the tongue for quite some time. The relative cleanness and 3.7% by volume alcohol level make this a beer one could easily imagine sipping all day in a pub along the Thames. A classic.
And remember, try a new beer today, and drink outside the box.
