This one has been sitting in my DBR
(Dedicated Beer Refrigerator) for a few months, I received it from Beer
Across America. Brewed by Sun Valley
Brewing, Haley Idaho. Rich black color, tan foamy head, smooth roasty-fruity
nose. Tasty mocha notes in the palate with a hint of fruitiness, subtle
coffee notes gradually yield to a roasty bitter espresso-like finish and a
touch of hop grassiness. Almost stout-like to me. Extremely enjoyable, this
beer is a real winner!
And remember, try a new beer today, and drink outside the box.
