Wow! What a
beer. Unblended lambic aged three
years in cask. Pours to a dull
orange color with very light
carbonation, reminds me of the
pitchers of
lambic being poured in Jackson's
Belgian _Beer Hunter_ segment.
Sour nose, even more sour palate
with a wonderful toasted oakiness
thrown in. An
incredible beer, I'm combining it
with a plate of bratwurst,
weisswurst, spaetzle, and red
cabbage to great effect.
